Built c1945. Former Reiter family home. Later owned and rented out by George Ballas (c1987). Was located next door to Central Arena (Roller Skating). Demolished to make way for Urban Active Fitness (c2007). Currently Esporta Fitness.
Was located just north of Central Avenue on the west side of Fairbanks. Stone block style home, with detached garage. Demolished in the early 1980’s. 3137 Fairbanks is visible on the far right. 3129 is blocked by this house.

2214 Central Avenue (in The Colony)
3998 Monroe St. (in The Colony) Opened in 1952 and owned by Irwin and Boris Brauer. Sold in 1979. Closed 1995.
Ralph Johnson house (1st owner). Built c1945. Demolished in the 1980’s. This house was the first house on the the east side of Fairbanks just north off Central Avenue.
2025 Arlington Avenue The Lucas County/Maumee Valley Hospital began service to the poor and indigent adults and children of the city and county in May, 1931. Originally known as the Lucas County Hospital and Nurse’s Home, construction began in January, 1930 on the former grounds of the Northwestern Insane Asylum and Lucas County Infirmary.
3114 Secor Rd. Was located on the east side of Secor Road just north of Central Avenue in the old Haughton School.
Built c1942. Harry and Pearl McAninch owned the house at this time. It was purchased by the Hall family c1966. Was rented out into the ’90s. Demolished c2000. 6536 W Central Ave. “Main,” on Central opened in 1976 and replaced the short lived Westside Auto Parts at the same location. The parts store was located on the north side of Central just past Wilford Drive, at the east end of the West Central Place plaza.
