Built c1950. Managed by William Vollmer (c1960) and Lucille Long (c1971 -c1987). Later became Insun’s Hide-Away (c1988) and Rose Blossom (c1998).
In the late 1980’s the Evergreen Motel was renamed and repurposed as a massage parlor. Various police raids for prostitution took place over the years until finally the motel was shut down and boarded up. The motel was eventually demolished c2010.
