Built 1944. Various additions over the years. Oehlers family home. It was purchased in 1977 by neighbor Johnny “Don” Hudson who owned Don Hudson’s Gulf Station at Holland-Sylvania Road and Sylvania Avenue. Don sold the property in 1991.
