The Everglades Motel is gone, but the other structures remain, so far. After Buttons various businesses have come and gone at 25481 Dixie Hwy. Some of those are Billy Mustard’s (1989), Powerhouse (1989), Coconut Beach Club (c1990), Casper’s (c2000), The Mission (2002), Te’kela (2012-24).
