This house was located between the Driftwood Lounge (Frontier Bar) and the railroad tracks (University Parks Trail). It was built c1945.

4100 Monroe Street
Daves’ Drum Depot began in 1980 as Rick’s Drum Shop on Sylvania Avenue. In 1991 the business was purchased by two Rick’s employees, Dave Gierke and Dave Fogle. Geirke and Fogle moved the store to 4100 Monroe Street in 1993 and renamed it Daves’ Drum Depot. In 2005 Daves’ Drum Depot was purchased by long time manager Martin Stein and renamed The Drum Depot.

2278 Tremainsville Rd.
Banzai Cycle Supply opened in 1970 and was owned by Vincent Ventresca. Before the Tremainsville location, opened in 1976, the shop was located at 1957 Sylvania Avenue (1970-72) and 1927 Sylvania Avenue (1972-76).
